Dumfries & Galloway Hard of Hearing Group provides a range of services, delivered primarily by volunteers, for people with hearing loss. A vacancy has arisen for an experienced part-time (21hrs per week) Administrator working from their office base in Dumfries. The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Coordinator to provide administrative support for all aspects of our work, in particular to develop and manage the range of systems required to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the organisation.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the 3rd Sector in either a paid or voluntary position, excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and will be a confident self-starter who can work with the minimum of supervision.
